For my engraving and cutting projects, I use a powerful laser setup that delivers precise results and flexible material processing.
From the initial idea to the finished product, everything is digitally planned and carefully crafted.

My Laser System

Creality Falcon2 Pro 40W

At the core of my setup is the Falcon2 Pro 40W with a full enclosure for a safer and more controlled working environment.
Depending on the material and project requirements, the laser can also be switched to 22W mode for finer engraving work and optimized cutting performance.

Design & Preparation

Autodesk Fusion 360

For construction, technical drawings, and project preparation, I work with Fusion 360.
This allows me to create accurate designs and fully customized projects.

Laser Control Software

LightBurn

The laser is controlled using LightBurn.
This software allows precise adjustment of engraving settings, cutting parameters, and material profiles for clean and repeatable results.

Wood Engraving

Simple heart-shaped cutout and song lyric engraving combined with 3D printing.

Precision Laser Cutting

Savings box designed as a radio unit for the DARC local chapter P24, made from laser-cut wood with interlocking finger joints, engraving, and a 3D-printed coin slot.

Personalized Projects

Lithophane lamp in a trophy shape made from laser-cut and stained wood, featuring a layered construction, an integrated base housing the electronics, a curved lithophane panel with a portrait, and an illuminated “20” element as a anniversary detail.
